Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 33B/20C). Bottle 75 cl - Batch unknown (BBF unknown). AROMA: medium to medium-high Port-like alcohol aroma. medium background of slightly sweet chocolate-like notes. slight vanilla and dark fruits. APPEARANCE: black color and opaque. medium brown head with good retention. slight leg formation. TASTE: initial medium woody barrel notes with a Port touch, followed by medium-high dark chocolate with a low swetness. faint dark fruits. medium background of roasted malt. medium bitterness with a semi-sweet finish that evolves to almost dry. PALATE: full body with medium-low carbonation. slight alcohol warmth. OVERALL: a very good barrel aged imperial stout. balanced and well crafted.

Black color, off-white head with some retention. Aroma has notes of roasted malts, coffee beans and Porto notes. Flavor is slightly sweet, no cloying, good alcoholic presence, light roasty, coffee, black ripe frut, some prunes, wooden notes. Roasty and coffee final with dense and cremy mouthfeel.

Caňa en el V Artbeerfest Caminha 15..07.. 2017. (r00). color negro intenso con poca espuma beige oscura cacaos maltas tostadas y toque de vinos aňejos y portos combinados con maltas tostadas intensas. Cuerpo intenso. Seco amargo y maderas al final. Bastante bastante buena para repetir sin duda alguna.
