Balanced and nicely malt forward with properly subdued hops. But finishes a bit too sweet to be great. Drinks easily for 10% though. I would like more scotch esters from the yeast. Online saveaur bier

Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, spices, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.
