Bottle shared. Very lively bottle, the cork really wanted to come out. Clear golden, fizzy white head and lots of bubbles rising. Soft juicy apples, a touch of sweet and tart gooseberries, dry pear, soft earthy, dry cellar, mineral, chalky, light floral. Almost medium sweet, light tart and very light bitter. Medium bodied with quite some carbonation. Nothing too crazy, but very drinkeable. Only minor flaw is the high CO2.

*Bottle from E.Leclerc in Freyming. Nice fresh and round cider. Appley and dry, the sweetness is in the background. Crisp and round stuff!
