Sampled at THT June. Hazy dark golden with huge white head. Massive head! Dank weedy hops, lots of spices, spicy yeast, soft malts and alcohol, lemon balm, CO2. Quite bitter, almost medium sweet. Solid medium bodied with a lot of carbonation. Interesting for sure, but might need more time.

Intensywnie owocowy, cytrusowy, przyprawowy, lekki, kwaskowaty, saisonowy, z zaskakujaco duza goryczka ciut lesna. Duzo osadu na dnie. Jedna z fajniejszych wariacji fantome, acz nadal podstawka uber alles.

Bottle. Etre Gourmet. Vibrant, orange amber. Medium haze. Thick and fairly dense, leggy, lasting, lacing, off white head. Looks the bee’s. Nose has spicy ginger biscuit. Sourdough bread. Berry fruits. Green leaf hop. Touch of bitter grapefruit. Taste is a little sweet, with a spicy, phenolic, grapefruit peel bitterness. Medium body. Quite oily. Foamy, fine carbonation. Lingering bitterness to finish. Bright and tangy.
