This easy-drinking table saison is the result of a collaboration of ideas, foraging and late night discussion. Wild Scottish honeysuckle and clementines give floral and citrus highs that elevate a grain bill rustic with wheat and oats. The noble hops and Brett lead this perfectly balanced, tart saison for your table.

Bottled. An unclear beer with yeast floating around under a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of Brettanomyces, funk, spices, citrus fruits, and malt. The flavor is sour with notes of brettanomyces, lemons, spices, wood, straw, and malt, leading to a tart finish.

Keg at Brewdog Leicester, 08/10/21. Lightly hazed orange with a moderate white cap. Nose is tarte citric flesh, on the turn mango, sharp fruits, damp straw. Taste comprises prickly pear, lemon zest, grass, herb, hedgerow, damp straw, light funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light balanced puckering close. Decent easy drinking sour.

Bottled 330ml (Alko?, BB 01/2025)
A bit cloudy orange colour, small white head. Clementine, tartness, light sweetness in the nose. Light-bodied. Tart, acidic, funky, wood, clementine peels, some sweet maltyness. Crisp carbonation. Easy, light but tart. Not really worth of its price.
