This easy-drinking table saison is the result of a collaboration of ideas, foraging and late night discussion. Wild Scottish honeysuckle and clementines give floral and citrus highs that elevate a grain bill rustic with wheat and oats. The noble hops and Brett lead this perfectly balanced, tart saison for your table.

Surprisingly almost no head, fruity and yeasty nose. Tart and effervescent, sweet citrus and some sourness. Very nice.

0.2l tap. Cloudy pale orange, almost no head. Brett, white wine and grapefruit in the nose. Barrel notes, white balsamic vinegar, grapefruit zest and funky brett, lime juice, dry white wine. Acidic sourness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry acidic finish. Nice, funky and very crushable! Great on a hot summer day.
