Bottle. Red amber, light head. Perfume, rose hip, apples, quince, light berry, really pleasant dry, fruity champagne of ciders, great!

Trübe leuchtend orange rote Farbe, geringe weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr fruchtig, rote Beeren, Äpfel. Geschmack leicht säuerlich fruchtig, Äpfel, rote Beeren.

330ml bottle, trade from Herrkleman, many thanks! Orangy-red amber colour, large pinkish white foam head that dissipates away to a thin layer and aroma of tart fruits, juicy quince. Taste is tart & slightly spicy apple, with blackcurrant, quince and dry citric hop notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, very dry citric finish. Nicely drinkable.

Søgne 020917. Red color with no head. Aroma is black current, sourness, apple. Flavor is black current, apple, sourness, hop. Easy drinkable cider.

Bottle. Hazy orangeish red color with white head. Aroma is quince, apples, grassy hops. Taste is rather intense quince, blackcurrant, just a touch of apples, ripe red apples, slightly tannic finish with just the right amount of tartness. Medium carbonation. Excellent!

Shared 330 ml bottle at Tau Slipp. ABV 4.5%. Pink to red colour. Aroma of apple juice, quince (Norwegian: kvede) and blackcurrant juice. Sweet flavour of apples, quince jam and blackcurrants, only a hint of hops. A bit too sweet for my taste.
