Bottle. Hazy orangeish red color with white head. Aroma is quince, apples, grassy hops. Taste is rather intense quince, blackcurrant, just a touch of apples, ripe red apples, slightly tannic finish with just the right amount of tartness. Medium carbonation. Excellent!

Shared 330 ml bottle at Tau Slipp. ABV 4.5%. Pink to red colour. Aroma of apple juice, quince (Norwegian: kvede) and blackcurrant juice. Sweet flavour of apples, quince jam and blackcurrants, only a hint of hops. A bit too sweet for my taste.

Bottle shared with JMD and SM on board Fridtjofen at Tau slipp og båtbyggeri 31.08.17. Translucent orange. Small white head. Fine aroma and taste of marmalade, lime, wild apples, flowers and rubber. Semi-dry. Medium bitterness. Excellently quaffable.

Med Fridtjofen på slipp på Tau: flaske fra Gulating Stavanger, delt med skibsrederen og seremonimester Melberg: lett uklar rødgylden med kort skum. Nydelig og superfrisk aroma og smak med solbær og citrus i en lett og elegant kropp. Forførerisk.

0,33l bottle a thome as "Blakstoc Quincy Jo & Hops Edition". No BB date. copper / redish almost clear color, small white head. smells acidic, lightly sour, some black currants, bit dusty, earthy, herbal, some leathery notes. decent smell. medium body, bubbly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of green apples, lightly acidic, some black currant, lightly leathery, very light sweetness. finishes medium dry and lightly bitter with notes of black currant, some apple notes and some hop notes. decent one, different notes could be a bit better integrated, but overall quite nice one.

At Craft Bier Fest Wien. The other fruits add a layer of complexity to this cider. However they somewhat obscure the hoppiness compared to the standard one. This is very good as well but I liked the unfruited version better.
