This is a very hot blend of the standard Sött men inte Rött mead. Base mead shines while in mouth while the heat waits until you swallow.

Sahtipaja tasting @ kwartje. Bottle. Honey, fruity and herbal pepper. Mild but rising spiciness. Big sweet and nice burning spiciness. Over medium body and soft carbonation. --- Beer merged from original tick of Sött Men Inte Rött (Habanero) on 03 Jul 2019 at 16:04 - Score: 8

Sip from bottle. Yellow clear color, no head. Smells honey, baking powder, light booze, light chili. Nice smell. Full body, no carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes of honey, chili. Finishes with a rather strong chili burn. Decent, but chili is over the top 7, 4, 5, 3, 11

Thnx to SinH4. Backlog rating. Pours blonde, clear. No foam, off course. Smell is herbal due to the pepper, honey gets a bit lost underneath. Taste is still slick, honey, overly spicy though. There's a sticky sweetness, but all other flavors are overtaken by the heat. Not balanced at all. Such a shame…
