International Cider Festival 2019. Bottle pour. Clear golden with some bubbles. Sweet apples and sour apples, old apples, brown apples, bit dank, woody, light funk. Bottle sampled at Cider festival. Almost clear light golden. Tart apples, soft pears, light funk, a bit dry wood, soft grapes. Light sweet and sour, very light bitter. Over light bodied. Good and refreshing.

Corked bottle at La Fine Mousse, Paris
Hazy pale blind color, no head; there is some yeast sediment in the bottle. Nice aroma of French apples with a delicate touch of hazelnuts. Dry mouthfeel, not too dry, with nice apple juice flavor, lemony acidity, balanced final where some moderate sugar appears.
