Summit, as a stand alone hop, is very under represented in the brewing world. Often relegated to bittering, or lost among other varietals, it doesn't often get to shine. This ends here. Immediate blasts of juicy, resinous citrus assault the palate. Orange dominates the flavour, and lends its pith to a long and bitey finish.

Tight white head left a fluffy cover on hazy deep golden coloured body. Citrus, earthy & malt aroma. Medium to full bodied, smooth, soft & creamy thinning out to a clean back. Really dull muted tastes of light malt, mango, lemon & melon with a huge hit on the finish of hops, burn, pepper & grapefruit. Love it!

Sampled at THT. Hazy orange with white head. Dry goat sweat, sweet malts, dry dusty herbs, orange peel, cow dung, unripe peach. Solid medium sweet and medium bitter. Over medium bodied. Quite weird.

440ml can. Murky orange, off-white head. Aroma is herbal, citrusy. Taste is sweet, herbal, citrus, orange peel, earthy, pine, bitter. Medium body, soft carbonation. Not bad but I can see why Summit isn't often used in single hop beers, bit too herbal; and earthy for my liking.
