From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Aroma is tart fruits with lemon, chardonnay, oak, red and white grapes, some pale malt. Tart and medium sour flavour, with some sweetness. Body is medium. Delicate and delightful.

750 ml bottle. Thank you Adam! The aroma shows oak, light yeast, and lemon. The flavor is a near duplication. It shows me a yeast backbone with a nicely dry texture. The body is crisp and dry and leaves me wanting another sip. Real good!

750 ml bottle from the Bruery via dbarnold, 5/18/21. Pours a mostly clear golden-yellowish color with a frothy white head and solid lace. Plenty of carbonation flowing through the glass. Bright and funky with grape and apricot coming through. Drinks pretty crisp with a lighter acidity to it. Wood and barnyard components as well. Drinking great with a couple of years on this bottle.

Dry and acidic, a bit of funk, topsoil, fermented fruit and florals. Some apple cider.

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of brett, straw, fruit, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of brett, lemons, spices, hops, and funk, leading to a tart finish. Complex and interesting.

750ml bottle pours a clear gold with some white head that faded quick. Nose has lemon juice, chardonnay, some apple cider vinegar. Flavor has lemon, white grapefruit, some passionfruit emerges, vinegar. Finishes mostly full bodied and acetic. A little buttery in the mouth.
