Sample at TCBW2019, Tallinn. Colour is very dark brown with very small brownish head. Aromas and flavours: Coffee, some dark chocolate, some cognag and roasted malts. Dry imp.

Bottle. Deep dark brown color. Roast, licorice, caramel, soft whisky notes in the aroma. Slightly herbal. Malty sweet, Roast, licorice, dried red fruit, hints of whisky. Quite nice.

Tap at Uiltje Fresh Fest (Session 1). Black with light tan head. Sweet roasted chocolate malts, dark caramel, burnt marshmallow crust, big sweet and moderate bitter with a light sour woody edge. Moderate sweet and bitter. Over medium body and soft carbonation.

Tap at Fresh Fest. Black with beige head. Sweet red berries, sweet chocolate, whisky, dry oak, soft spices, port, caramel. Quite sweet, medium bitter and light sour. Full bodied with slick feel.

Botella 33 CL de Vivalabirra tomada en Cata negra en Belmonte 17..05..2019. (r15). Color negro intenso con espuma beige oscuro que desaparece al poco tiempo casi por completo. Sabores maltosos y cereales tostados algo secos al final con toques licorosos de whisky de baja categoría. Suaves maderas alicoradas. Cuerpo medio con buena sensación alcohólica. Se queda algo seca al final con sensacion licorosa de whisky. Buena, aunque se esperaba algo más de densidad y de cuerpo además de sabores mejor conjuntado.

Bottle. Black pour. Aroma of fruity whisky, licorice, chocolate, red fruit, tart and cherry. Taste has sweet cherry, fruity whisky, booze, caramel fudge, oaky vanilla, ripe red fruit, licorice and a rich finish. Nice surprise, delicious beer.

Tap at TCBW. Opaque black colour, small beige head. Sticky, harsh aroma. Full-bodied. Molasses, harshness, whisky, a bit thin finish. Sweet. Harsh and unbalanced.
