Bottled 14-01-19. Slightly brownish black, thin tan head. Smell is lightly sweet, woody, some chocolate, bit of licorice. Bit smooth, quite a lot of carb, quite thin. Taste is sweet n salty but with a slight vinegar note in the back. Sweet whisky. Not bad.

Prost!

A clear dark brown beer, thin tan head. Palate is light and quite thin fit for the style, reasonable fine carbonation. A thin but pleasing mix of dark chocolate malts, wet wood and mellow fruity whiskey, very mellow. Fruity mellow brandy on the thin finish that is actually reasonably crisp! The flavour is rich and rewarding, the palate feels like it was borrowed from another beer!

On tap at Malm Brewing, pours black with a red tinge and a small tan head. Aroma brings out red wine, tart red fruits, and raisins. Flavour is rather tart, with raisins, sourness, and some red wine. This seems to be slightly infected - awkwardly sour. Weird.

Ok+

Bottle shared with Dutchdrebus. Opaque black color, medium to full sized beige head. Aroma is malts, liquor. Flavor is malts, liquor again, it reminds me of grapepeel. Strong and heavy. Slow sipper. Alright.
