Bon Samaritain is a top fermentation blond beer brewed in the tradition of northern beers, and "deglutinated" before bottling. It is a craft beer ''sur lie'', not centrifuged, unfiltered, unpasteurized, refermented in the bottle and therefore naturally saturated with CO2. The first gluten-free French beer, it combines innovation and tradition.

Flaske med mye kullsyre, boblet over da korken forsvant. Fin duft av sitron, hvete og vanilje. Mye tykt skum. Dunkel gulbrun farge. Smak av hvete, og sitron.

Bottle at home. Pours a hazy orange colour with a huge creamy off-white head. Aroma of hay, citrus, spices, lemon grass and heather. Slightly sweet and a bit strange. The flavour is more malty with a hint of sweet corn and grassy hops. Slick and soft mouth feel, and has a light bitterness. A weird beer with an unbalanced flavour.

Nåvel. Fizzy ved åpning. Ubestemmelig belgisk karakter der tørrhet og mye humle dominerer. Mulig infisert. Og Glutenfri er ikke en øltype.

Hazy golden with a white head - Descrete malt aroma - Weak malt body with some notes of spicy yeast - Short finish with some spice - This was boring and weak

330ml bottle from Vinmonopolet Langnes. Gushing bottle, most of the content was saved, though. Fragile lacing, unclear golden body with a cloud lag. Modest aroma of sweet fruits and earthy malts, some cardamom to it as well. Dough, orange and caramel flavours followed by a moderate malt-fruity finish. Nothing to get excited about, drinkable (shared with Elisabeth and Stefan at a beer session in Tromsø 29.08.2013).

Bottle. It pours an unclear, golden orange body and a dense, finger thick off-white head leaving curtains. The aroma has lots of orange, with a wheat touch. Grass and hay too. Quite effervescent, medium body. Dry. The flavor has orange dominating, a little bitterness and pale malts. Short finish. Strange in a way, still sort of nice. 130906
