Last bottle from my Secret Santa. Fat bottom, SN Sidecar pint glass. Jellied, medium gold. Foamy, free-falling white head. Strong floral, soapy nose. Extra sharp extra soapy. Lemon honey, slick, big lavender, juicy apple, paradise, whole lot of cooked ginger, weak pepper, ever slight hay soap funk. Not fizzy enough, but a low abv & strong acidity. Very good.

A golden wit with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light coriander, fruity esters, light Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of ginger, coriander, light acidic notes, Epsom salts, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Bottle, at bottle share, thanks to mansquito. Pours pale yellow. Dish soap, floral, elderflower, citrusy. Soft body. Tastes better than it smells, but it smells real bad.

Bottle at bottleshare: pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is super lemony soap, detergent type of situation. Taste is a little tangy, funky. A little light on the taste. Taste is better than aroma.
