Draught @ MBCC 2019 - Red Session
Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, farmhouse, funk and floral. Taste is light sweet and light sour with a long floral, yeasty and funk finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

0.375 l bottle from 'Sterk Avondverkoop', bottled in February 2019. A bit hazy, pale golden with a medium large, slightly fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, sourish, quite fruity and gently funky aroma of white grapes, gooseberry, quite some oak and lemon. Quite sour, fairly fruity, slightly funky taste of lemongrass, white grapes, gooseberry, oak and yuzu, followed by a medium long, quite tart, rather woody-dry, slightly vinous and a bit funky finish. Thin body, gently astringent, spritzy and quite effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Highly refreshing Sour, perfect for a hot summer night, quite complex and not too acidic with pleasant vinous and fruity notes.

Bottle shared at THT June ‘19. Hazy golden with a ring white head. Aroma of oak, vinous notes, tart grapes and light funk. Flavour is light moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

[5/11/2019] Draught sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2019. Red session. Hazy yellow. Fruity, funky, vinous, citrus, sourish, bitterish note. Good.

Cloudy pale blond with thin head. Aroma and flavour have light tartness and some tropical fruit. Light funky sourness.

Tap at Kaapse 5Y Anniversary, happy birthday! Sour grain, white head. Grainy, hay, lemon, grapes, white wine, vinegar. Light sweet and medium sour. Medium body and soft carbonation. Nice barrel notes.

Tap at Kaapse festival. Hazy light golden with big fluffy white head. Funk, lactic sourness, sweet white wine, lemon, soft malts, light glue, some cider notes too. Medium sweet and sour, light bitter. Medium bodied and almost medium dry. Pretty decent.

Tap. Unclear golden with white head. Aroma is peach, light brett, yoghurt, white grapes. Taste is the same, quite clean and juicy, a bit mineraly too. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Tasty!
