Tours a deep copper to brown colour and a creamy off white head with reasonable retention. Aroma's of tannines, vinous, saison sourness and some caramel. Retronasal it's sourish, sweetish, vinous and maybe a little bit coriander leftover. Flavour is moderate sweet and light sour. Fairly strong alcohol feel. Medium bodied. Long finish with light bitterness. Quite pleasant.

Bottle. Amber color. Vinous aroma. Malty yet fairly dry, vinous flavor. Raisin, coreander, white pepper, floral notes, slightly alcoholic. Weird but nice.

Bottle. Color: Orange amber, off-white head. Aroma: Hints of caramel, white wine, bit herbal. Taste: Moderate to medium sweet malty with strong notes of wood tannins, vinuous white wine notes. Lightly sour. Moderate to medium bitter. Subtle herbal and spicy, peppery notes. Medium bitter finish, puckering and very dry mouthfeel. Slightly boozy. Interesting and pretty nice.

Bottle shared at home. Hazy amber with white head. Sweet malts, massive oak and wine barrel, raisany and rusty, yeasty. Quite sweet, and bitter. Sickly, nutshells. Medium body and soft carbonation. Fuck corianderseed man. I’ve had enough for 50 lifetimes. “It’s OK”.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Bit hazy light brown with beige head. Sweet freak oak, pink pepper, more spiced, light alcohol, white wine, bitterness herbs, tart berries. Over medium sweet and bitter, light tart. Almost full bodied. A bit all over the place but not bad.
