Canned 9/4/22, drunk 10/3/22. Undetermined clarity, ebony. Small, tan head. Big roast, vanilla and caramel with fruity, aromatic coffee and finally banana ester on the very end. Touch of dry roasted peanuts and no alcohol noted. Soft and malty, well-attenuated but still amply malty with a good sweetness and heft to it. Banana throughout isn't overdone, while the vanilla, roast and coffee all bring moderate, balancing acidity. No alcohol noted at all, which is impressive. Big fruity, roasty finish with lingering banana and hints of peanut butter.

Can from the Brooklyn location: pours black with small beige head. Aroma is banana, chocolate, coffee, cake, put butter. Taste is fairly sweet. Peanuts are well represented there. Alcohol is well covered. Body is on the thicker side. Generally speaking there is a good combination of flavors.

Can at home picked up from Cloudwater online. A opaque black brown coloured pour with a fading dark tan head. Aroma is big banana, peanut butter, raw nuts, coco, fizzy banana sweets, light coffee. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, lushious banana peanut butter, raw coffee bitterness, fizzy banana, raw peanuts, dried choco. Palate is medium sweet, frothy, airy carbonation, velvety. Good.

Nose is banana split, toffee, liquid chocolate, banoffee pie, sweet malts, brown sugar melt, hazelnut. Taste comprises sweet chocolate, toffee fudge, banana, peanut butter, dark malts, chocolate cake. Full bodied, oily feel, light dryness in a warming alcoholic close. Good ole boy funtime impy … ticks the boxes it preaches very much.
