Can to tulip.
Appearance: murky orange color with a thin foamy white head which dissipated mildly to leave super light messy lace
Aroma: pineapple chunks and really sweet; light grassy hops; subtle citrus hop tones and a stiff doughy malt
Flavor: moderately sweet, and seems to have a hard time becoming bittersweet but eventually does then that seems to fade as it never fully seems to get to where it needs to be; mild aftertaste of doughy malts and pineapples
Texture: medium bodied; between being sessionable and being a sipper; semi-smooth along my tongue; finishes semi-crisp
Overall: hmmmmm, it's alright but I've had many better NEDIPA's. I'd want again if the recipe was tweaked.

I get the candied pineapple vibe, just not sure I love it. Still above average stuff though. Green onion. Pours murky yellow with good head. Hop tang finish. Tap at Dominion.

Can, date obscured, but freshly arrived in stores, drunk 6/8/18.
Soupy dark bronze with a white head fading quickly to a ring.
Lime-coconut-like notes are the first thing to note, in the nose, and seem a bit odd, but perhaps it's just the ester mixing in. Rich honey and dough-like malts behind it more than balances. Pine and grapefruit are quite strong on the end. A bit of alcohol/resin sneaks in there.
In the mouth, it's decidedly bitter, resinous and piney with tons of grapefruit and hard orange rind. Wow, what the hell happened here?? Vic Secret has always come off soft, juicy and full of melon and tangerine. There's little/none of that here, but they've certainly got the bitter, resinous, hard pine covered. Malty enough texture and tight carbonation, with appropriate attenuation, but just brutally bitter, resinous and hard, white grapefruit and pine doing nothing of interest or enjoyment for the palate.

Pounder: Overripe pineapple, guava, and mango nose. Opaque viscous orange pour, like OJ, thin head. Orange and grapefruit, pineapple on the edges. Full body, easy carbonation. Ok, how much fruit was added to this? This was juicy as hell.

16oz can purchased at Dominion Wine & Beer. Poured a very hazy orange color with a medium sized off-white head. Aroma was citrus, floral notes, with some light pine character. Flavor was similar, smooth, juicy orange juice citrus, light bitterness. Kind of sweet, but not in a sickly kind of way.

16oz can pours a murky gold with some lacing, soapy white head. Nose is good, guava, mango, some vanilla, orange creamcicle, some honey, some sweetened oats. Flavor is better, orange, grapefruit, guava, mango, pineapple, vanillin, honey, oat milk. Finishes full bodied, bitter, creamy. Love Vic Secret.
