Sample thanks to Danlo! Pours a clear pale yellow. Aroma of sweet apple fruit, varnish hints. Taste presents a light carbonation with sweet fleshy moments, green apple. Fairly simplistic, dry, a little oily with floral moments and faint hints of elderflower. Ok.

15/12/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly whtie head. Aroma of medium sweet apple, vanilla, touch funky and yeasty, with some sweet crème brûlée. Medium sweetness, moderate tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, spritzy carbonation. Bittersweet and dry to finish. Nice.

750ml bottle from Cider is Wine. Zoom tasting. Hazy pale yellow colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of juicy apple, some tart fruit, vanilla, light funk. Taste is tangy apple, fruity, yeasty notes, hint of honey, some tart acidity and light tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry finish. Nice balance, easy drinking.
