Sample, many thanks to Grumbo! Hazed gold appearance, thin ring of foam that sticks around. Aroma of caramelised apple fruit. Taste presents a fine carbonation, accentuating a sharp tang, brazen acidity some toffee apple notes emerging, caramelised fruit, green apple.. seems a little musty and oxidised. Not great.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, foamy white head that dissipates away and aroma of green apple, fruity. Taste is sharp, astringent, tart, apple, tangy, with some acidity and biscuity notes. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium acidic finish. OK.

25/11/2020. Bottle from Beers of Europe. As Fallen Angel Gardener's Delight Cider. Pours clear until the final pour, dark gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma of green apple, musty apple, touch of citrus and clove. Moderate sweetness and tartness. Moderate body, quite fizzy. Tart acidic finish. Not the best, though improved towards the end.

Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Appearance - golden with big fluffy prosecco-like bubbles as advertised on the bottle. Nose - sweet, sugary apples. Taste - again, highly acidic and sweet apples. Seems like the apples were possibly underripe and then it was over-pepped with the sugar?? Palate - sweet and acid at the same time. And both to the extreme. Overall - this is a challenge but if I can get it down, it might just help me digest that huge rib roast I've just eaten, as long as it doesn't go the other way, that is.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Terrible label, what is this, the 1970s? Pours hazy gold, big head at first, noisy carbonation, then no head shortly thereafter. Aromas of sour apples. Taste is prickly carbonation, watery, dry apple peel finish. Not great.
