500ml crowler. Pours deep red, loose white bubbles atop. Aroma has distinct, moderately strong rhubarb boding well for the taste which sees some floral hibiscus joining the party, medium sweet with a good rhubarb presence throughout, light woody pithy bitterness. Medium to light bodied with gently oiliness on the palate. The kolsch body brings a nice light drinkability. Not personally keen on the hibiscus, but can see how it latches onto the rhubarb well. Interesting sipper.

Can at home for CollaBoostFest 2020. A mostly clear dark ruby coloured pour with a fine pinkish white head. Aroma is lovely big sweet and sour, big vibrant rhubarb, rhubarb sweets, cherry, jolly rancher. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, woody hibiscus, rhubarb & custard sweets, cherry, clean base malts. No real signs of this being a kolsch. Palate is semi sweet, light tart, mellow fine carbonation. Good fun.
