Sample thanks to Danlo! Clear pale gold appearance. Aroma brings sweet sherbet, lemon, gooseberry. Taste continues along the same lines, wild acidity, orchard flora, quite sharply sweet perry fruit, woody funk. Interesting. Decent.

20/11/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear very pale gold with a short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma of tart pear, citrus, light funky and mucky notes. Moderate sweetness and moderate sour. Moderate body, oily texture, slight fizzy carbonation. Bittersweet and funky to finish. enjoyed it, for me the best of the 9.

330ml bottle from Kertelreiter. Pale golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of funky pear. Taste is sourish, solventy vinegary funk, pear, fruity, some acidity. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry sour funky finish. Quite drinkable.
