Sample, thanks to danlo! Pours a generally clear very pale yellow. Aroma brings intensely floral elderflower, green apple sweetness. Fresh floral taste with distinct elderflower, fresh cut grass, leafy citrus, sweet overall with a fine spritz.

20/11/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear very pale gold with a bubbly white head. Aroma of elderflower, wood, citrus and green bean. Moderate sweetness and tartness. Light body, slight oily texture, fizzy carbonation. My least favourite of these 9 from Kertelreiter.

330ml bottle from Kertelreiter. Pale yellow gold colour, foamy white head that dissipates away and aroma of elderflower. Taste is apple, elderflower, slightly tart with citric acidity. Watery mouthfeel, light bodied, light carbonation, dry woody elderflower finish. Quite OK
