9 months oak aged.
A lightly sparkling cider made from a blend of seven varieties of apples and one variety of pear, matured for nine months in an oak barrel. The long maturation helps create a fine, mild tasting, fruity cider with a hint of tannin and vanilla.

20/11/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear gold with a short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma of slightly tart apple and wood. Light sweetness and moderate tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, above average carbonation. Light dry acidic tart finish.

Sample, many thanks to Danlo! Pours gold, very lightly unclear. Aroma presents gently rich apple, oaky. Soft carbonation lifts a moderate acidity, medium dry apple fruit.. barrel-aged influence seems quite tame, but overall it's a pleasant medium dry more at tune with English styles than German apfelwein.

330ml bottle from Kerteleiter. Golden colour, short-lived bubbly white head and aroma of apple, oak wood barrel. Taste is apple, woody, alittle tartness, oak barrel notes, some acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry finish. Quite OK.
