75cl bottle from Scrattings, shared with Soph after a 54 mile ride around Bucknell and the ancient woodland of the Earl of Mortimer. Clear gold appearance, vague spritz. Aroma is floral, light schloer sweetness. Taste presents soft apple fruit, light floral elderflower, citrus with an oily palate and gentle acidity. Quite dry overall. Flavours are all quite subtle and delicate, and lacks a bit of punch.

9/6/2020. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of elderflower, apple, citrus, flowers, rubber and touch of manure. Moderate sweetness and a slight tart edge. Moderate body, average carbonation. Light dry and slightly acidic finish. Not it’s biggest fan.
