75cl bottle from Scrattings, shared with Soph. Misty gold. Crisp on the palate, spritzy.. with light lemon zest, apple skin, fairly dry overall. Decent.

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Hazy orange gold colour, short-lived foamy white head and aroma of orchardy apple, caramel, vanilla, some funk. Taste is tart, zesty, apple, fruity, with caramel & vanilla, funk and citric acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry citric finish. Nicely drinkable.
