Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 19/07/21. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is yeast esters, melon, fruit rinds, herb, grains, citric tinged straw. Taste comprises yeast esters, melon, herb, toasted grains, crackers, dusty hops. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough saison.

440ml can, shared with Mark whilst brewing a Biscoff Belgian Christmas Dark Ale. Hazed yellow, good white head. Nice wafts of sweet saison yeast on the nose. Approaches a silky mouthfeel on the palate with a very pleasant saison yeast profile dominating with soft peppery shades. Light hop bitterness with soft fruity nuances. Really nicely rounded and refreshing. Likin what I'm tasting from Ampersand so far.
