Taste comprises yeast esters, melon, herb, toasted grains, crackers, dusty hops. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough saison.

440ml can, shared with Mark whilst brewing a Biscoff Belgian Christmas Dark Ale. Hazed yellow, good white head. Nice wafts of sweet saison yeast on the nose. Approaches a silky mouthfeel on the palate with a very pleasant saison yeast profile dominating with soft peppery shades. Light hop bitterness with soft fruity nuances. Really nicely rounded and refreshing. Likin what I'm tasting from Ampersand so far.
