Using early harvest fruit, this Cider is light fruity and refreshing. With distinctive apple skin aromas and peach and apricot flavours. Made using the traditional method of keeving to retain a natural medium sweetness.

75cl bottle from Scrattings, shared with Soph. Pours a comfortingly hazed, deep orange/amber. Nice caramelised keeved apple fruit on the nose. Medium to light bodied, fleshy, fuzzy keeved fruit character with soft furry tannins, orchard must, drying close. Fine natural carbonation. Pleasantly natural sweetness. Nice keeved cider.

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Orange golden colour, foamy white head that dissipates away and aroma of fruity apple, fleshy, with peach & apricot hints. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, citric, notes of caramel & vanilla, stone fruit, apricot, and mellow tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
