26/10/2020. Sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Pours clear very pale gold with minimal head. Aroma of green apple, light woody and floral notes, with a touch if sulphur. Light sweetness and medium to heavy sour. Moderate body, slight oily texture, above average carbonation. Nice sharp finish. Liked that.

Sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Pale yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of floral, apple, green woody. Taste is fruity apple, fleshy, with some solventy funk hints. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite OK.

75cl bottle. Misty gold appearance. Sparkling. Farmhouse fruit on the nose. Floral, blossoming fruity character with distant woody moments, some apple stalk. Interesting characterful Frederick cider that just about works as a single varietal.
