Bottle from Hoptimism. Hazy golden colour with a thick white head. Aroma and taste are earthy and funky. With slight citrus and a herbal bitter finish. Smooth body.

Bottle, via the brewery online shop. Different colour label (this is pink and purple. Wonder if the hops are different?). Anyhoo. Good looking beer. Soft haze on a glowing gold. Tight white head is lasting and semi lacing. Nose has loads of bright brett. Lemon rind. White pepper. Missus just commented it smells like Bruxellensis Reserva. Taste has some sweetness, with fresh and clean mineral bitterness. Bright on the palate with foamy carbonation. Dry and light bitter finish. Nice one.

330ml bottle from Bottle & Barrel, Aberystwyth. Misty pale yellow with a good white head. Lovely bretty nose, continuing to taste, fresh and floral, some light citrus.. perhaps a little more would be welcome, but overall a lovely brett beer.
