Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Hazy orangey amber colour, some bubbles on top that dissipate away and aroma of tangy apple, cooked apple, brown sugary. Taste is sweet, smokey, meaty, apple, mellow, fruity, funky, some tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry meaty funky finish. Nicely drinkable.

Sample, courtesy of Grumbo! Thanks Grumbo. Hazed deep amber / copper. Aroma is caramelised apple, taste producing an accompanying strong tangy character alongside this stewed apple vibe, some additional wild sour funk, woody moments and tart sweet apple fruit. Admirable rustic farmhouse cider with bite.

23/8/2020. From BIAB at the Fat Cat, Ipswich. Pours hazy pale orange bronze with a bubbly white head. Aroma of stewed apples, brown sugar, light funky, woody and stable notes. Moderate sweetness and light tart edge. Medium body, soft carbonation. Sweetish finish. Quite drinkable.
