Mini gathering at Chez Sophie on Sunday 26th July 2020. I brought along a 500ml bottle (BBE Apr 2021) of this for the four of us to share. Hazy body, white head. Strange one this, wheaty nose with a slight banana leaning, taste also wheaty and bananas. Turned a little bitter in the finish, not too sure I found any Juniper flavours or esters.

Bottle shared at RB mini-gathering, Shrewsbury (thanks Glen) Some slight banana in the nose. Pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Banana, yeast, apricot and herbs in the mouth. Juniper coming out in the bitter finish. Bit of a mess really.

500ml bottle @ Chez Sophie mini-RateBeer gathering July 2020. Not sure who brought it. Deep gold, large white head. Good bananery yeast introduction on the nose, the palate presenting nice fluffy wheaty bananery feel overall. Not detecting the juniper, but otherwise quite decent.

Bottle from the Northumberland Beer Box. Herby citrus aroma. Copper gold. Slightly hazy. A thin band of bubbles. Medium sour. A big dose of juniper alongside citrus. Underlying sweet hints. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat-average carbonation. Dry astringent finish. If you like juniper you'll love this. I'm not entirely sure I do.
