Bottle from Chez Sophie. Appearance - bright orange. Low carbonation. Nose - lovely fresh and then roasted eating apples, a la apple tart. Light sugar and wood spice. Taste - fresh, lightly sweet and very elegant apples. Palate - light bodied, gentle, elegant middle, gently tapering, elegant finish. Overall - lovely stuff.

500ml bottle sophiesbeerstore.co.uk. Natural hazed gold colour. Aroma has fresh, distinct, vibrant fleshy apple fruit. Taste continues with soft funk, good fleshy apple fruit, some floral shades, lovely sweetness. Excellent medium cider.

11/12/2019. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours hazy dark gold with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of semi-sweet apple, funk, barnyard, touch of cider vinegar. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, slight sticky texture, average to spritzy carbonation. Dry tannic finish. Liked this.

500ml bottle from Scrattings. Orangey gold colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of tangy apple, fleshy, light funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, fleshy, with some light funky notes and orchardy drying tannin. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, medium-dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
