Bottle. Mikkeller online shop, I think. Mostly clear, deep, reddy pink. Sturdy ring, and an island of pale pink. Nose busts with jammy fruit. Raspberry and blackberry. Hint of cherry. Cherry stone like vanilla notes. Lovely cheesy funk. Bit of Brett Anderson. Taste has super jammy sweetness, with loads of juicy tartness. Clean and fresh mouthfeel. Foamy, massaging carbonation. Dries out toward the finish, staying fruity and juicy throughout. Glorious.

Bottle via 100 piv friends tasting. High carbonation, thin body. Loads of fruity berry character, assertive raspberry, also blackberry. Med-high sourness, mostly lacto and fruity, but also light acetic, along associated funk. Nice balance of clean fruits and med-light funk. Easy drinking, very good.

75cl bottle shared with Sophie, Euan and Mel. Pours a deep crimson. Sharp vibrant fruity aroma. Taste presents sharp fruity nuances with a great representation of raspberry and blackberries, with other assorted berry hints coming through. Nice robust acidity with plenty of funk keeping you entertained. Excellent fruit lambic.
