Sample, thanks to danlo! Black appearance, off-white bubbles atop. Certainly not shy on the nose with prominent sweet bourbon and yeast. Fairly sweet character with a good bourbon presence alongside dried dark fruit, yeast, dark malt and earthy woody moments. Warming and sweet.

22/2/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear red brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of toffee and dried fruit, woody earthy notes, yeast, molasses and biscuit. Medium plus sweetness, low bitterness. Medium to full bodied, slight sticky texture.
