Sample, thanks Danlo for this. Murky dishwater brown. Confident ginger presence on the nose, continuing to taste with a herbal, vegetal, lightly spiced character, a touch dry, medium bodied.. Not too bad for a carrot saison.

22/2/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with a bubbly white head. Aroma is perfumed, vegetable, yeast, raw unwashed carrot, light herb and spice. Moderate sweetness and light bitterness/tart. Above average carbonation. Not a fan.

750ml bottle from Caps Off. Yellow gold colour, white foamy head and aroma of fruity, saison, yeasty. Taste is grain, spice, vegetal, carrot, with fruity yeasty zesty citric light bitterness. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry yeasty finish. Quite OK.

Bottle @ Danlo tasting. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, yeasty and spicy. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 110220

Bottle @ danlo tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, malt, hops, spices, carrots, yeast and some carbonation.
