To celebrate Hawkes Ciderama - London's very own craft cider festival, we knew we had to create a cider that smashed together the great and the bold of the modern day cider tribes. This cider is multi-lingual, a melting pot of innovation that holds no single citizenship.

Apple zealots Anxo bring ridiculously dry, barrel-fermented Bramley whilst Oliver's time-honoured style takes a counter-balance with a super tannic Herefordshire mix. From Hawkes comes our very own wine-yeast fermented single variety and Blakstoc selected a mix of Orange peel, Coriander, Sea Salt and Hops to finish the cider with a Euro-Gose twist.

This cider is the essence of Hawkes Ciderama, our celebration of the world we all built.

Can. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity spicy tart apple aroma. Fruity spicy tart apple flavor. Has a fruity spicy tart apple finish.

440ml can, thanks Danlo for this! Unclear golden appearance. Aroma is fruity, orangey, spicy. Unlike many blends, this does actually retain a lot of the distinct characteristics of each contribution. Nice wild influence with soft tannins and noticeable salted orangey notes from Blak Stoc.. it is pretty layered with interesting spiced fruity elements coming into play, alongside a good wild fruity base.

Can sample. Cloudy golden. Apple, some funk, spiciness, earth, slightly sourish, salty touch. Decent.

Train rate hawkes ciderama Can on the train home, 68009, 12/12/19. Golden with a decent enough off white cap. Nose is herb, spruce, tannins, funk apple peel. Taste comprises tangy apples, oak, dusty hops, tannins, light funk, apple orchard. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent interesting cider.

440ml can from Brewdog online. Hazy orangey golden colour, thin white foam head that slowly dissipates away and aroma of floral, zesty hop, light funk. Taste is tangy apple, zesty, tart, drying with some spice, musk and citric hop notes. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart finish. Quite drinkable
