Traditional pale malt bill gives a light but full-bodied feel to this hoppy session pale. With no bittering hops at the start of the boil, the Caps Off Pale Ale is an all-day beer dry-hopped with Chinook, Amarillo, Rakau and Azacca.

330ml can, drunk watching Wild Rose (Great film!). Thanks Danlo for this. Pours unclear golden yellow, white frothy head. Nice fruity nose. Relatively light bodied with a pleasant fruity hop character, soft haze mouthfeel, gentle tropics, grapefruit, juicy hints, soft bitterness. Good stuff.

330ml can from Caps Off, Bishop Auckland. Hazy golden colour, white foamy head leaving some lacing and aroma of tropical fruits, citrus hoppy, some grain. Taste is sweetish, malt & grain, alittle biscuit, tropical fruity, zesty, citrus & alittle pine, hoppy bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.
