Tap at Purecraft bar, Birmingham. Clear gold, some bubbly retention around the edges. Quite a tangy cider, drying with skin notes. Fine but sharp like brut carbonation, some grape. Medium dry, a little thin.

Keg at the Fleece Inn, Bretforton, 05/09/22. Moderately hazed light golden pour with fast escaping white bubbles. Nose is mellow apple, straw, grains, sweet notes. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, a touch bland, light orchard wood, straw, apple skins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Adequate affair. As per Danlo ... I'd wager this is CM Slack Alice.

Third by keg at Purecraft. Shared with Finn. Naked at the top, poor lacing, crystal clear late straw coloured body. Apple skins on the nose, mid-sweet. Semi-sweet apples to the taste profile, some sweet pears, as well. Ends rather sweet. Accepted. (Birmingham 03.02.2020).

Keg @ Purity Bar, Birmingham. Clear gold. Medium apple nose. Crisp, medium apple fruit character, clean with distant woody glimpses, moderately rich apple fruit, juicy. Fairly simplistic but pleasant medium. Probably a Celtic Marches re-badge.

330ml can courtesy of Saxo & Rasmus40, cheers guys! Golden colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of ripe apple, fruity, baked apple. Taste is sweetish, fruity apple, some flesh and core, with a caramel hint and alittle tannin. Medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, medium-dry tangy finish. Quite drinkable.
