A smooth, easy drinking Ice Cream pale, infused with vanilla for a subtle sweetness and light floral notes and dry hopped with Cascade and Mandarina Bavaria for a refreshing citrus finish. We worked really hard on this recipe to produce an ice cream like texture without using lactose, meaning that (like all of our beers) it's completely vegan friendly. Vegan ice cream? Gimme a hell yeah!

Cask at Crafty Duck, Hertford on 31st August 2021. Rated as a novelty ale. Hazy copper with thin off-white ring of foam, and no lacing. An inviting sweet raspberry and ice cream aroma. Slightly sour raspberry fruits on the liquid pass, and a malty finish with unripened raspberry on the upper palate. Very smooth mouthfeel, on the flat side, but a fair amount of body.

Can from Hoptimism. Appearance - deep peach to brown. Off white head. Nose - deep creamy fruit, which might be raspberry, but not convincingly so. Taste - definitely red fruit, so raspberry and also red apple. Palate - light bodied, dry finish. Tangy texture. Overall - quite nice.

Keg @ Bailey Head. Pours a misted pinkish pale gold, bubblebath white froth. Aroma has pleasant raspberry, light lactose. Nice milkshake character overall, soft raspberry, light bitterness. Nicely presented, decent
