Spritely and refreshing with a nose of sour berries, rhubarb and raspberries jam. Flavour is lightly tart with under ripe berry and freshly harvested wheat all brought to the savoury finish of natural sea salt.

27th Jan 2020. Shrewsbury Beer Exchange in Chez Sophie, our first ever 'no alcohol' tasting. 39 different beers, we managed 26 before we bloated ourselves out, this was beer number 12. My nightmare sort of beer, a fruit flavoured Gose with no alcohol. 440ml can; BB 30th Sep 2020. Raspberry notes in a watery Gose, no thanks.

440ml can @ DryJan Beer Tasting, Chez Sophie, Jan '20. Clear gold appearance, foamy white head. Good sweet jammy raspberry nose. Nice sugary raspberry presence to taste, light crisp.. strange prickly cucumber on the finish, but that could just be me. Decent.
