Bottle from Micro Beer Crate. Dark clear gold pour with a fizzy white head which recedes fairly slow for a cider. Aroma had a deep bittersweet apple fruitiness, wood, vanilla, brown sugars, funk, light caramelisation. Taste starts quite sweet with vanilla and wood and then more bitter notes comes in to offset with brown sugar, quite floral and dry in the finish. The contrasting elements make it quite a rich cider but a very interesting one.

Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, caramel note, with drying bittersweet tanins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle at home, from Cider Incider, 28/05/22. Deep golden to light amber with a big old fast collapsing white head. Nose is bitter sweet apples, sugars, caramel, hint of barnyard. Taste comprises more bitter sweet apples, tannins, sugars. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, light drying close. It's ok ... running a little sweet for my liking.

Box @ Stable, Birmingham. Pours a deep golden caramel. Aroma has an enticing almost mead-like sweetness about it, light toffee, medium apple fruit. Taste presents some interesting sweet swirls, some light mead notes, floral with a soft astringency. Different.
