Bottle at tasting. Aroma of tart, acidic sourness, pineapple, grassy herbs and wheat. Taste has soft pineapple, soft chili burn, citrus, wheat, tart, acidic sourness and some herbs. Nice balanced weird beer.

On tap at Arrogant Sour Festival 2018. Cloudy orange, small white head. Citrus, lemon, zest, funk, wood, some vinegar. Fruity tartness. Light to medium bodied.

On tap at Vitamin B in Sofia, pours a mostly clear orange with a single ring of white head. Nose has orange, white wine vinegar, still apple cider, acetic, some rotting pineapple. Flavor is well balanced actually, fish pepper, tart green apple, raw grapefruit, white wine vinegar. Finishes oily, lightly peppery and medium-high acid. Weird, but not a dumpster fire.

Keg a tight Vitamin B - Sofia. Pours unclear honey-gold with a foamy, white head. Nice aroma, some tangy citrus, a little wood, zest. Light sweet flavour with sturdy acidity, lemon and lime, a little oily citrus peel, soft woody dryness, a little white wine vinegar. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Quenching finish, further citric bite, tart tangerine, lemon, some more mellow citrus peel bitterness. Overall, very good stuff.
