Освежающее пшеничное пиво в немецком стиле. Варится с использованием пшеничного и карамельного солодов. Обладает ярким ароматом спелого банана и гвоздики c пряными и чуть копчёными тонами. Имеет мягкий сладковатый слегка зерновой вкус с приятной освежающей кислинкой.

Tap. Golden, almost clear, white foam,. Aroma: weak, slight sourness, wheat, a little lemon and soap, bun. Taste: slightly sour, sweetish, bun, wheat, a little caramel, weak weizen.

Bottled 440ml (from Tallinn) A bit hazy orange colour, steady white head. Aroma has banana and metal. Light-bodied. Light banana, metal and clove in the flavour. Light citrus but otherwise low bitterness. Kind of industrial vibe in this Weizen.

Appearance: cloudy yellow with a two finger tall white frothy head of mediocre retention. Aroma and taste: wheat bread, clove, corn, distant banana, overripe apples. Light sweet. Low bitterness. Mouth feel: light to medium body, lively to fizzy carbonation. Summary: mediocre.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

44cl bottle from Prisma, Tallinnn. Pours hazy golden with a decent, but fast dissipating, white head. Wheaty aroma with notes of medium ripe bananas and hints of yeast and cloves.
