Cider Amsterdam. Het authentieke cidertje met een Amsterdamse mentaliteit. Gemaakt van 100% Bretonse appels, zonder toegevoegde suikers en met maar 4,5% alcohol. Puur natuur, laag in calorieën en glutenvrij. Demi-Sec (die oranje) is easy going en zacht van smaak.

330ml bottle from trade courtesy of sjogro, cheers Sjoerd! Orangey gold colour, fizzy white foam head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of tangy apple, woody, funk, caramel. Taste is sweet, juicy apple, caramel notes, with some funk, woody, soft tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Slight hazy dull golden with a thin ring of bubbles. Sweet apple juice, light funk, apple candy, light pear, mineral. Quite juicy with a soft touch of funk and minerals. Medium sweet, light tart and bitter. Solid medium bodied with quite carbonation and slight dry finish.

Small bottle shared at home. Clear golden with bubbles and white circle head. Apples, moss, old yellow apple peels, nutty wood, mealy apples. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.
