Crystal Field is a clean little blonde ale using only pale malt and wheat. We fermented this one at cooler temperatures with our favorite english yeast strain and finished with a subtle dry hop of Amarillo and Citra. This is the beer we like to enjoy by the sea. Rest Easy.

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, floral and citrus. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with a long malty, grass and floral finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

440 ml can, from Det Gode Brygg, Sandnes. Brewed and packaged for Sleeping Village Brewing in Drammen (at HaandBryggeriet?). ABV is 4.7%. Dry hopped with Amarillo and Citra. Slightly hazy pale yellow colour, moderate white head. Pleasant aroma of said hops, notes of citrus and tropical fruits. Soft flavour, slightly sweet, notes of said hops again, moderate bitterness in the finish.

Can from Gulating. Slightly unclear golden body under a big white head. Aroma of citric fruit with hint of grapefruit and fresh cut grass. Taste is light and refreshing with citric hops and balanced bitterness. Medium body and same aftertaste. A nice and refreshing hoppy blonde, not complex but very quaffable.

Kjerrheia 170420. Golden color with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hay. Flavor is fruit,m malt, hay, hop, oranges, grapefruit. Easy drinkable beer.

440ml can, delivery from Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsdalen. A plain white head resting over a misty pale yellow body. Crocheted lacing. Moderate aromas of dusty hops and a citrus scent. Orange fruity flavours on a pale malty backbone. Ends with moments of dry bitterness. Pretty alright. (Rating session with Imojoh, djoeye and Finn, Tromsø 15.04.2020).

On tap at Henrik Øl og Vinstove, Bergen. Hazy golden with a white head. Fruity aroma with notes of Belgian yeast and hints of herbs. Moderate sweet with medium flavour intensity and ditto bitterness. Tasty and pleasant.
