H&O Lager is a Viennese lager-type copper and full-bodied beer, to which a few more handfuls than usual of carefully selected hops have been added. The pleasantly hops-rich taste (IBU = 42) is provided by Zeus and Magnum bitter hops. Spalter Select and Cascade aroma hops provide the enjoyable aroma. We recommend serving at temperatures between 10°C and 12°C.

Bottled@SADESA. Ambery red colour, small beige head. Aroma is caramel, toffee, sweet grains and earth. Flavour is grains, toffee and sweetness.

330ml bottle, thanks to djoeye for sharing. A remaining pearl white head to a clear amber coloured body. Nice lacework. Malt-fruity aroma. Brown malts and herbal hops to the taste character. Mild bittering hops to the finish, short-lived. Medium bodied. Decent, average stuff (Tromsø 11.11.2014).

33cl bottle from Rimi. Pours clear amber with an off-white head. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma with herbal notes, caramel and hints of fruits. Moderate sweet with more flavours and bitterness than expected. Fairly decent, but far from exiting. A bit watery, but fair enough.
