Bottle, courtesy of Cunningham. A dense, finger-thick off-white head leaves lacings over a clear golden body. The aroma is a tad yeasty, but it’s just a quite weak yeast note. Oranges, some canned peaches and a wheat hint. It’s medium bodied, dryish and nicely carbonated, with mostly fruity flavors. Nice bitterness too. Some pale malts in the back, but it’s mostly on the fruity side, with oranges and peaches, even some grapefruit and pine cones. Long fruity and quite dry finish with a nice bitterness. Tasteful and quite pleasant this one. 161118

500 ml bottle. Slightly unclear, pale golden body with a big white head. Mild aroma of of pale malt and spicy yeast. Flavor is pale malt, spices, yeast, mild citric fruit and moderate bitterness. Medium body and average aftertaste. Feels a bit straight forward Saison, but nothing wrong with that. Nice enough.

03.06.2016, 0,5l bottle @ home:
Nice slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly hazy. Aroma is dry floral, yeast, weeds, hay, flowers, grain, minerals, sap, fresh wood, moss, rope. Taste is slightly dry floral, weeds, yeast, flowers, hay, sorachi hops, bark, grain, minerals, grass, rope, sap. Medium bitterness, slightly dry yeasty mouthfeel. Fair enough, the sorachi flavors kind of saves this a bit for my taste...

50cl bottle from a trade with Cunningham - thanks! Pours hazy golden with a white head. Fruity aroma with notes of peaches, yeast, grain and hints of citrus. Moderate sweet with nice fruity notes, a certain acidity and a lightly bitter finish. Tasty and refreshing.

Lovely tasty and refreshing ale.
Lovely unclear yellow golden color with a fine white head. Looks really nice n the glass. Nice intensity in the aroma. Some yeast and fresh citric. Medium body and a fine carbonation. Ok balance between sweetness and acidity. Citric, yeast, wheat and some fruity notes.
